Dr. Anita Mani

Dr. Anita Mani, a seasoned gynecologist with over 20 years of clinical expertise, specializes in gynecology, infertility, laparoscopic surgery, cosmetic gynecology, and sexual medicine. Completing her MBBS at Kottayam Medical College, Kerala, India, she pursued her MRCOG in the UK and earned a diploma in family planning and reproductive medicine. She took a diploma in cosmetic gynecology from the American Aesthetics Association in 2019.
She spent five years in various UK hospitals before returning to India in 2002.

Founder of a specialized hospital near Cochin International Airport in 2003, Dr. Anita Mani established two IVF centers in Bangalore and collaborated internationally on PCOS research. A prolific speaker at global conferences, she organized an international PCOS conference in 2018 and a national conference on Instar (surrogacy) in 2016. Driven to educate, she shares knowledge through blogs, YouTube videos, and media interviews, contributing to a textbook on IVF and authoring upcoming books on PCOS, infertility, and sexual medicine.

A trailblazer in addressing sexuality openly, Dr. Anita Mani integrates sexual medicine into her practice, offering treatments such as plastic surgery, Botox for vaginismus, hormone replacement therapy, and vaginal rejuvenation with laser and PRP.
Beyond her medical pursuits, she finds joy in Latin dance forms, yoga, tai chi, self-defense, and nature trekking, reflecting her holistic approach to life.

Dr. Haroon Pillay

Dr. Haroon Pillay, a distinguished and pioneering figure in the healthcare sector of Brunei, has made significant contributions to elevating medical services and education in the country. Under Dr. Haroon Pillay's leadership, the Jerudong Park Medical Centre became the first and only center in Brunei to achieve the prestigious Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation, a testament to their commitment to global healthcare standards.

Dr. Haroon Pillay played a pivotal role in the development and management of Brunei's neurosurgery department, transforming it into a regional centre of excellence. Their expertise in manpower planning, budgeting, and team motivation, coupled with their initiative to collaborate with renowned international centers in Singapore and the UK, significantly enhanced the training and skills of local surgeons.

As a mentor, Dr. Haroon Pillay has shown an unwavering commitment to medical education, guiding and inspiring students at the Brunei Medical University. Their ability to motivate and foster high levels of success among medical students has been a cornerstone of their career.

In a groundbreaking move, Dr. Haroon Pillay established a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Ministry of Health, Brunei, and AO Spine International, paving the way for the development of scoliosis surgery in the country. This initiative has been crucial in enhancing Brunei's healthcare offerings.

In recognition of their extraordinary contributions to the healthcare sector in Brunei, Dr. Haroon Pillay was honored with the prestigious national award “Seri Laila Jasa.” This award is a reflection of their dedication and significant impact on developing healthcare services in Brunei, marking them as a true visionary in the medical field.

Dr. John Panicker

Dr. John Panicker began his medical journey with his MBBS degree in 1975. He has amassed a wealth of expertise over 48 illustrious years in the healthcare arena. After graduating from Trivandrum Medical College, he achieved his DLO in 1978 and MS in ENT in 1985, solidifying his commitment to excellence.

As a Senior ENT, Head & Neck Consultant, and Sleep and Snoring disorders specialist at the Good Health ENT Center in Trivandrum, Dr. Panicker has become a household name in Kerala, earning recognition as one of the region's preeminent ENT Surgeons. He holds the esteemed position of Honorary Consultant at Sree Chithra Medical Center, under the Government of India.

Dr. Panicker's dedication to advancing medical knowledge is evident through his role as a Faculty in numerous National and International Conferences. Having served as the Past President of the State ENT Association and the Indian Medical Association, Trivandrum, he has left an indelible mark on the medical community. His editorial prowess is showcased as the former Chief Editor of the Kerala Medical Journal and his role as an Editorial Member for the International Journal of Noise & Health and the International Journal "Annals of Nursing."

Recognized for his outstanding contributions, Dr. John Panicker received the prestigious Best Doctor Award from the Kerala State Government in 2007. His leadership extends to the managerial realm, as the Former Managing Director of Santhwana Hospitals in Trivandrum.
